MDS - Monday tasks

The purpose of this document is to provide the guidelines on how to create and follow up Monday tasks.

MONDAY TASKS
Objective
The purpose of this document is to provide the guidelines on how to create and follow up Monday tasks. 
Task creation
To create a task, follow steps below: 
1. Go to the “Submitted via Email or Forms” section under the corresponding practice tab. 
2. The task title will the Patient name in the following format: 
3. Owner will be added based on practice instructions. 
4. Task Category: Patient call.
5. Priority: Medium.
6. Click on the icon to add task details. 
7. Go to Updates.
8. Add details under “Write an update”. (Mentions can added under this section) 
9. Click “Update” .
** Under this update section, you can tag any person you need by taping @username **If task updates need to be updated: 
1. Go to the comment made that needs to be updated.
2. Click on the arrow on the right side.
3. Click Edit update.
4. Make necessary changes.
5. Click Save.
Main Table
On the main table tab, you will find all tickets previously created regardless their status.
Task Follow Up
To follow up on tasks created previously: 
1. Go to the icon on the left side of the screen.
2. All task assigned, mentions, task update notifications, will appear under this section. 
3. Add comments and complete necessary actions to solve task’s issue.
4. If no more actions are needed. mark task as completed.

Open Items
To check on open tasks: 
Go to the Open Tasks board, it will show a list of tasks that were created but have not been completed.
To close a task that was completed already: 
1. Go to the task status.
2. Click on it and change it to completed. 
Inbox
To check inbox:
1. Select the icon on the left side menu bar
My Work Dashboard
Under “My Work” dashboard all tasks that have been created before will show here. They can be filtered by closed and open tasks.
