Patient Communications- Letters - can be newsletters or soft collection letters (Collection letters are only sent on behalf of the client as final request to pay before sending to collections, not a “collection agency” type of letter.

Kareo customer wanting to add Clinical Module or Engage Module- their are sometimes fees associated with software. NOT AVAILABLE FOR QUEST RCM CLIENTS (see below for any software demo needed)

Compliance Assistance - client is in need of compliance help within the practice, in some form.
- Software Change- client is contemplating a change in PM or EHR software used at their practice.
Please notify your customer it may take up to 2 business days for sales to reach out once you have submitted the form.
