HPI Does NOT Offer Contract or Fee Negotiations for ANY Client due to compliance.

ADD-ON Service List (use form link for any add on listed-UPDATED LIST IN PROGRESS):

  • Certified Coding per encounter

  • Coding Reviews- Quarterly or monthly with an executive summary and meeting with coding manager to review ( if they request more than the ONE we include in RCM Services)

  • Credentialing (please provide payer mix report for last 12 mo (ATTACH TO INTERNAL REFERRAL FORM- in attachments, prior to submission)

  • vScribe- transcription services (not available to Kareo clients)

  • Authorization/ Precertification services

  • Eligibility & Benefit verification

  • Contract Negotiation Referrals (sales will refer the client out to our partner for this service).

  • Scheduling & Outbound Call to confirm appointments, schedule incoming referrals, collect copays, etc.

  • Patient Communications- Letters - can be newsletters or soft collection letters (Collection letters are only sent on behalf of the client as final request to pay before sending to collections, not a “collection agency” type of letter.

  • Kareo customer wanting to add Clinical Module or Engage Module- their are sometimes fees associated with software. NOT AVAILABLE FOR QUEST RCM CLIENTS (see below for any software demo needed)

  • Compliance Assistance - client is in need of compliance help within the practice, in some form.

  • Software Change- client is contemplating a change in PM or EHR software used at their practice. 

 

Please notify your customer it may take up to 2 business days for sales to reach out once you have submitted the form.
