 How are we sending these 
collections lists to the provider? 
These are sent by patient relations monthly with instructions on how to respond. see Collections process 
Where can I find the document 
being sent? 
You can go into the Kareo PM and click on Documents > Find documents. Type in “collections list” and 
you will be able to locate all lists in collections 
Who is this being sent to?  This is sent to the person listed as the contact used in the practice communication case. 
 I have a change to my statement 
process, how do I notify patient 
relations? 
Any changes to CBR statement process must be documented in the CBR and reloaded as new version 
to the CBR case. The new rules must also be added to the PM under Patient Statement Options notes.

Statement 60 days

Collections list

Call all accounts over $500 within 5 business days

List sent to provider with 10 calendar days to respond

NO response: write off as "Charge Off"

Response received from the provider:

>$50 write off "Approved for collections"
<$50 write off "bad debt"
